Important Notes

 

  • Early-bird deadline: August 12, 2026.
  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register as a Presenter.
  • Registration includes: access to sessions, e-certificate, program book, and conference kit (on-site).
  • ISAS member rate applies with a valid student ID.
  • Fees are non-refundable but transferable within the same category (notify the committee).

Author Guidelines

Final Manuscript Preparation

Papers must be written on A4-format page according to the IEEE template. Manuscripts of minimum four (4) pages and up to six (6) pages in length. The paper should be written in English.

Important Notes

  • Papers should NOT have: Page numbers, Headers, Footers.
  • All review processes are double blind reviews.
  • To ensure the double blind review process, please do not enter the author names in the paper that is going to be reviewed.
  • The author names are required for final paper (camera-ready) version.
  • All final manuscript papers have to go through the file conversion (become PDF file) offered by IEEE PDF eXpress.

Paper Publication

High-quality papers will be nominated for Best Paper Award. The accepted papers with improved version will have opportunities for consideration for journal publication.

All accepted papers will be included in ICAST 2026 Book Program. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

No-Show Policy

According to IEEE policy, each paper must be presented by one author of the paper. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors is required to register and present their paper at the ICAST 2026 conference.

Important! Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on no-show. Papers with no-show participants will not be submitted to IEEEXplore. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
