Papers must be written on A4-format page according to the IEEE template. Manuscripts of minimum four (4) pages and up to six (6) pages in length. The paper should be written in English.

High-quality papers will be nominated for Best Paper Award. The accepted papers with improved version will have opportunities for consideration for journal publication.
All accepted papers will be included in ICAST 2026 Book Program. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
According to IEEE policy, each paper must be presented by one author of the paper. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors is required to register and present their paper at the ICAST 2026 conference.
Important! Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on no-show. Papers with no-show participants will not be submitted to IEEEXplore. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
The conference will be held in Surabaya, the vibrant capital city of East Java, Indonesia. Participants will experience a dynamic academic and cultural atmosphere with easy access to transportation and accommodations.
